Just because they are adorable.

Grandma Jenele kicked off the holiday season with sewing some adorable halloween pillowcases. So cute in fact, that I'm having a hard time using them as pillowcases, I mean, look at this fabric!

Eli the wild!

So everyone knows that Eli can be a little...busy. He had a very cute and expensive Eddie Bauer playpen that he slept in that he pretty much destroyed. So, grandma let us borrow an old one she had, and he is close to destroying it! So the other day I heard lots of crashing and screaming while he played and then finally....quiet. But, by the time he fell asleep, his room (at least all that was within his reach was destroyed. His clothes were missing. His sheets were torn off, but, at least he got to sleep and we all got some quiet!

Umm yah so my dad happens to be the coolest at school.

Dylon has turned out to be quite an athlete like his daddy and does the running club and got to have his daddy come and run with him. He was pretty proud, and hello, can you see why?

That CAT is HIGH on CATNIP!

5:30 a.m., and I hear rumpling, wrestling, pouncing, and get up to find my kitchen covered in CATNIP and Buster just rolling in it. It took forever to clean up, but it was sure funny when it happened!

Dylon turns 7!

Dylon turned 7 with style this year and had two parties. Despite the fact that I was a horrible mom and didn't even bake a cake, we still had a pretty good time!

Floating the river!

OK so it was a little cold, and I had bronchitis and the stomach flu, and Jessi got soaked and attacked by a tree and their raft filled with water, we can all look back and smile now!

Did we seriously just move again?

Oh the moments I missed snapping during this last move. I wish I had a picture of that overflowing Penske truck, or Russell laying under the car in 90 degrees trying to get the hitch on the moving van for hours, or us moving and having our best furniture outside when it began pouring rain (yes, in El Paso, probably the only rainy day of the year...what are the chances?) or the gas pump that didn't stop and dumped $50 worth of gas down the street in New Mexico, or the disaster that Diesel made inside our van due to his nervous stomach while we were eating in McDonalds, or, just the pure exhaustion on our faces...but, the truth is, by this time I had lost my sense of humor. So, all you get is the after math of the morning after our move. We couldn't find pants, towels, dishes, toothpaste, anything. And, I pretty much sat down and thought maybe it was all just some crazy dream!

This world was created by chance?

How can we not know of a loving creator? Look at this picture. I rest my case.

Finally in Salt Lake! Although we were living in a hotel room, we kept busy and had plenty of fun! We spent lots of time in hiking and exploring the parks!

One of the most wonderful things about the internet is reuniting with treasured old friends. It has been so fun to reunite with her, she has meant so much to me all these years!

Some of our last days in El Paso... which, was a little bittersweet. We met dear friends, including one of my now best friends, Kristin. I really miss her! You can also see Diesel is getting bigger everyday. The picture with huge guy is Baltimore Raven's tackle and our friend Oneil, we look so small next to him!
